Fire Boots #2

Click each small picture for details and additional pictures of each firefighter boot!

The next five pictures of seven used firefighters boots came from the Verona Volunteer Fire Department.  This department is near the southwest side of Madison, Wisconsin.  They range from the new style Servus to some old 3/4 height that has been cut off to knee height.  There is even one pair of 6's (Boot #17).

Boot #17 is the final pair from the Verona Volunteer Fire Department, Wisconsin.  For those of us with big feet, this pair of 6's are cute!   Boot #18 (also small) is from a friend in the Marion, Indiana, Fire Department, Center Township.  Click the boot for the details and see the helmet and a new pair of old 30" Rangers size 6.  Boot #19 is from Wisconsin and has an interesting story about the burn mark on one of the soles.   Click the boot and read the story and see the burn mark.  Boots #20 are two more worn out Servus Fire Boots with lots of character!

What a great find.  The next four pairs of new boots were found at a surplus store.  The Rangers appear to have military markings.  The Rangers are the older shinny rubber Ranger Firemasters.  These four pairs are big boots!  They range from 12 to 15!  See Fire Boots #3 for the used boots at the surplus store and check out the used Rangers, also big!  The Duraped brand (Boot #23) is a company that has been out of business since about 1989.   There are three more pairs of new surplus store boots on Fire Boots #3
